Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Every order is printed on demand just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping takes an additional 3–8 business days depending on your location within the US. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days total.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items — check the product page for details or contact us at TooCutePets@gmail.com.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every item is made to order, we begin production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at TooCutePets@gmail.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Products & Sizing

What materials are your products made from?

Our t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are made from premium cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. Specific material details are listed on each product page. All prints use high-quality, eco-friendly inks that are vibrant and long-lasting.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart with detailed measurements. We carry both youth sizes (XS–XL) and adult sizes (S–5XL depending on the product). When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Will the print fade after washing?

Our prints are made using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology with premium inks. To keep your print looking fresh, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the printed area.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If there's a defect in printing or materials, we'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged or with a print defect. What do I do?

We're sorry about that! Please email us at TooCutePets@gmail.com with a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no hassle.

About Our Designs

How are your designs made?

Our pet portraits are created using AI-assisted illustration, then carefully reviewed and refined to ensure each design captures the personality and charm of every breed. The result: unique, funny, high-quality artwork you won't find anywhere else.

Can I request a custom design of my own pet?

We're working on custom portrait options! In the meantime, if you have a special request, email us at TooCutePets@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

Do you have designs for specific breeds?
