We ship worldwide! International orders are charged a flat rate at checkout:

Processing Time
All Too Cute Pets products are made to order with love! Once you place your order, production begins within 1–2 business days. Most items are printed and ready to ship within 2–5 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don't receive a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at toocutepets999@gmail.com.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a print quality issue, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the defective item
- A brief description of the issue

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
Because every item is custom-printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference. Please double-check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
